• Equal parts: cranberry juice and soda water
• 2 cl Hambuca
• Mint leaves
• Ice cubes

Here everything can be put straight into the glass and stirred.

Hambuca Sour

A Hambuca Sour is just the right drink for a select occasion . Prepare a few more drinks for your guests. After all, they should also have something unusual .


• 6 cl Hambuca
• 2 cl fresh lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup or maple syrup
• 4 - 5 large ice cubes
• 1 egg white for the foam

Put all the ingredients in the shaker and then in the glass!

Hanseatic Fizz

The Hanseatic Fizz offers you bubbling like the source of the Alster . If you really believe in it, the color of the drink has the same tone as the beginning of the Alster river.

• 3 cl Hambuca
• 3 cl (hamburger) gin
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 5 - 8 blackberries

Put all ingredients in the shaker and then top up with soda.

Flickering mermaid

One sip of this delicious drink - and you run to the nearest tattoo shop in St. Pauli. Without thinking, you have a large mermaid painted on your right upper arm .


• 5 ml dry white vermouth
• 30 ml (hamburger) gin
• 15 ml Hambuca
• Juice from 1/4 orange

Shake vigorously again with ice and pour into the glass.
